- Window layout in bedrooms to optimize functional furniture placement.
- Laundry rooms are designed with ample space and planning, allowing for a laundry tub and including an access door to the backyard.
- Functional kitchen layouts with custom cabinetry.
- Basement layout for optimum usage, keeping all mechanics (furnace and water heater) in a designated area.
- Extra square footage in garages.
- Front covered porches are 5’ to 6’ wide minimum, accented with porch posts, brick and address stones.
- Concrete patios.
- Garage service door.
- Electrical outlets in garage are above the industry standard.
